The breakfast was excellent. It offered a large variety of options to suit different tastes. The location was fantastic and close to key attractions. It made exploring the area very convenient. The hotel room was a lovely size and spotlessly clean.

perfunctory employeeunfair charges
The check-in counter felt perfunctory, and the employee seemed indifferent. The room assigned initially was not the room I booked. The staff offered no real apology or solution. I later discovered charges for items I never consumed. It reminded me of the restaurant was trying to take advantage, and the mistake was only apparent after I settled the bill and left the premises!

the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the hotel, certainly appreciated.
i found the room service lacking. used glasses remained uncleared and tea provisions unrefreshed, though coffees were replenished. the bathroom's shower had a design flaw, leaking onto the floor despite the door being closed. this required using both bathmats to mop up the water.

I encountered an issue at check-in. The counter staff seemed indifferent, providing me with the wrong room type and offered no apology or solution. it was frustrating because i expected better service.
